​Our intention when we purchase homes from property owners here in St. Louis is to undergo a quality renovation and prepare the home for the rental market or list the home on the open market for a family that will occupy the home.

What can I expect after we come to an agreement?

After we come to an agreement, we will document our agreement with a purchase agreement which we send off to the title company to open escrow on the property.

How long does the process take?

The closing process can typically take between 14 - 30 days.

How will I receive my funds?

​You will receive your funds from the sale of your home by bank wire or paper check.

Should I just list my property with a realtor?

Listing with a realtor can be a great option depending on your circumstances. There are many advantages and disadvantages to listing on the MLS. We would love to walk you through some of your options for selling your home.

How do I sell my house fast for cash?

One of our team members will gather details about your home and make you a cash offer based upon the information provided. Once you accept the offer, we move to closing and you receive your funds at closing.

Do I need to clean out my house before you buy it?
